Account information (name, email, company) provided at signup. Usage metrics (call counts, timestamps) for billing and platform improvement. We do NOT collect or store the content of files you upload.
All files (PLC code, network configs, EPMS tags, SOOs) are processed in RAM only. Files are never written to disk, stored in databases, cached, or logged. After processing, file data is discarded from memory. This is architecturally enforced, not policy-based.
L2 and L3 features use the Anthropic Claude API with zero data retention enabled. Your file contents sent to the AI API are not stored by Anthropic and are not used to train AI models. L1 features use no AI — they are deterministic rule engines running locally.
Account data and usage metrics are stored in Google Cloud Firestore (asia-northeast1 region). Credit ledgers and billing records are retained for the duration of your account plus 7 years for tax compliance.
We do not sell, share, or disclose your data to third parties except: (a) Anthropic Claude API for L2/L3 processing (zero retention), (b) Google Cloud Platform for infrastructure, (c) as required by Japanese law.
You may request account deletion at any time by contacting info@lgc.inc. Upon deletion, all account data, usage history, and credit records are permanently removed. File content was never stored.
We use a single session cookie (iiot_token) for authentication. HttpOnly, Secure, SameSite=Lax. No tracking cookies, no analytics cookies, no advertising cookies.
This policy complies with Japan's Act on Protection of Personal Information (APPI), GDPR principles, and SOC 2 Type II requirements (certification in progress).
